What do I need to run my first search?
A CV as a PDF and either a city or “remote”. Two minutes.
How long does a search take?
Usually under a minute to a ranked shortlist.
What does invite-only mean?
We're letting members in gradually so support stays personal. Request access and we'll be in touch quickly.
Matching
How is the fit score calculated?
Four dimensions — technical skills, experience, culture and career alignment. Scores are model estimates based on your CV and the posting; location is checked separately.
Which job boards do you search?
Fourteen sources across aggregators, remote boards, government listings, company career pages and search engines. The full list is on Where we search.
Why is a job I liked scored low?
Open the fit breakdown — it shows which dimension pulled it down. You can still apply; the score is advice, not a gate.
Applications
Does Sloan apply for me?
No — never. It prepares the documents; you send them.
Can I edit what it writes?
Yes. Download and change anything before you send it.
Will it invent experience I don't have?
No. It reframes what's on your CV. Anything it can't support, it leaves out.

Is there a free trial?
No. $34.99 a month, cancel any time.
Can employers see me on Sloan?
No. Sloan is not a candidate marketplace.
How do I delete my data?
From your account settings, or ask us and we'll erase everything permanently.
