These terms govern your use of Sloan, a product of ServiceAI. By using Sloan, you agree to them.

The service

Sloan searches job sources, scores openings against your profile, and generates draft application materials. It's a tool to assist your job search — it does not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment.

Your account

  • You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information and use Sloan for your own job search.
  • Access is invite-only or by paid subscription.

Subscriptions & billing

  • The subscription is $34.99 per month, billed monthly through our payment processor.
  • You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
  • We do not offer refunds as a rule. If something went wrong on our end, contact us and we'll make it right.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no scraping or reselling our output, no attempts to break security or access other users' data, no unlawful use, and no submitting information you don't have the right to use. You are responsible for reviewing any document Sloan drafts before you send it.

AI-generated content

Sloan uses AI to score matches and draft documents. AI can make mistakes. Review everything before you rely on it or submit it to an employer. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you send.

Availability & changes

We may update, improve, or change the service, and we may add or remove job sources over time. We aim for reliability but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Liability

Sloan is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, ServiceAI is not liable for outcomes of your job search or for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
