Privacy Policy
This policy explains, in plain language, what Sloan (a product of ServiceAI) collects, why, and how we protect it. If anything here is unclear, ask us.
What we collect
- Your account identity from Google sign-in (name and email).
- The CV you upload and the profile we build from it (skills, experience, work authorization, target roles).
- Your searches, matches, and the documents generated for you.
- Basic technical data needed to run and secure the service.
How we use it
We use your data to do one thing: run your job search. That means searching job sources, scoring matches against your profile, generating tailored documents, and keeping your account secure.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use your CV or personal information to train anyone else's model.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the service providers needed to operate Sloan — for example, cloud hosting, our database, the AI provider that powers matching and document generation, and our payment processor for billing. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We also share job-search queries with the job sources we search on your behalf.
Payments
Subscriptions are handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We don't store your full card details on our servers.
How we protect it
- Your CV, profile, and matches are private to your account.
- Traffic is encrypted in transit over HTTPS.
- Access to the application backend requires an authenticated request.
Your choices
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing hello@serviceaihq.com. Deleting your data ends your ability to use the service.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll revise the date above. Material changes will be communicated to signed-in users.
