  1. On upload

    Read once, stored in your account

    The file travels over TLS and lands against your account. It is parsed into the structured history Sloan scores against — years, titles, skills, dates.

  2. During a search

    Used to score, and nothing else

    Your history is compared against each opening to produce the fit score. Postings come from public job boards; your CV never travels to them.

  3. When you pick a role

    Used to write your documents

    The résumé and cover letter are generated from your own history against that posting's language. Nothing is invented that isn't already in your CV.

  4. Whenever you like

    Deleted, on your word

    Remove the file, a single search, or the whole account. Ask us to erase everything and it goes — permanently, not flagged-as-hidden.

What we don't claim

The parts most security pages leave out.

We are an early-access product from a small team. We hold no SOC 2 or ISO certification today, and we won't imply otherwise.
Sloan uses a third-party model provider to score openings and draft documents. That request carries your CV content under a commercial agreement that forbids training on it.
Job postings are fetched from public boards and aggregators. Those boards never receive anything about you — the traffic goes one way.
If we ever change any of this, it gets written on this page before it ships, not after.

Questions we get asked

Does any employer see my profile?

No. Sloan is not a recruiter database and nothing is ever pushed to employers. You apply, on your own, when you choose to.

Where is my CV stored?

In your account, encrypted in transit and at rest, readable only by your session. Delete it any time and the file goes with it.

Do you sell or share data?

Never. There is no data business here — the subscription is the business.

What happens when I cancel?

Access stops at the end of the period. Ask us to erase everything and we will, permanently.
